How to Order
To place an order, click on Buy next to the product you wish to order. To return to the shop to purchase more items, click on Continue Shopping in your shopping basket. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on View Basket in the menus on the right of the page.
Payment is by credit or debit card only and all orders are processed by Sagepay on a secure server.
Delivery
We will usually be able to despatch within 2 days of you placing an order with us and you should therefore have the item delivered to you within 5-7 working days. However, if items are out of stock we will always try and contact you and agree a new delivery date or suggest an alternative product.
Our delivery charge covers UK only and is not included in the price of the product. Please contact us on 01527 869072 for delivery charges outside of UK.
Returns Policy and Guarantee
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If you are unhappy in any way with your goods please telephone us on 01527 869072.
You can return all unused items to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. However, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customers statutory rights not affected). With the exception of faulty goods, return postage and packing cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds on goods until the goods have been received back. Returned goods must be in their original packing.
For damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs. When returning goods, we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us.
Pricing
No VAT is payable on our products. All Prices are correct at the time of posting on this website.
Privacy and Customer Confidentiality
Any information entered in this site, for example your name and email address entered in our contact forms, will be used to contact you and keep in touch with you about your enquiry or about the product or service you have received from us, and will not be used for any other purpose.
You will also have the option to subscribe to our email update service, and in such cases your name and email address will be added to our mailing list so that we can let you know about special offers or new products and keep you informed about the latest exclusive offers which may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from this list or any other mailings at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contact us and request removal.
Your personal details will never be sold or passed on to third parties, unless agreed or requested by you or required by law.
